The Water Mine is now hiring and training for the 2013 season. Each year, we hire up to 120 lifeguard staff. No prior lifeguard experience or certifications are necessary. Applications can be submitted online or in person at a Fairfax County Park Authority RECenter. Training is made available to you after an offer of employment. Pay range for lifeguarding starts at $9.06/hour.
