I need at least 15 people for a Biggest Loser Challenge. The challenge runs for 3 months and consists of 10 online meetings and 3 monthly weigh-in meetings.
We will be talking about healthy living, exercise, eating right and weightloss. There will also be a Beginning Runner program for those who are interested in getting into a running program.
