Your Instructor:  Certified since 1983, Rudy Peirce has been a faculty member, teacher trainer, and mentor at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, in Lenox. MA, since 1988, developing Gentle Yoga programs, Men's yoga retreats and advanced teacher training programs. Dream Yoga Studio is an Affiliated Studio of Kripalu, the largest, most established center for yoga in North America. Rudy teaches regularly on the east coast and in Tuscany. His popular 4-CD set, The Gentle Series available in Dream Yoga's Shop, is well-known for supporting a vital regular personal practice. Rudy presents with care, humor and sensitivity. His passion is guiding self-empowering, mindful, deep-release yoga that is accessible to beginners and inspiring to experienced practitioners.
