Colvin Run Country Western Extravaganza

featuring instructors Dale and Anita Strawser! 
Dance to a mix of all your Country Western favorites: 2-step • country waltz • nightclub II • West Coast swing • East coast swing • cha-cha (And YES! there will be line dance music, as well!)
4:30 – 5:00 pm: bonus Line Dance lesson – “Toes Line Dance,” taught by Ed and Gail
5:00 – 5:45 pm: Beginner Country Western Two-Step lesson, taught by Dale and Anita
5:45 – 6:30 pm: Intermediate Country Western Two-Step lesson, taught by Dale and Anita
6:30 – 10:00 pm: Dance with Ed Cottrell as DJ playing a Country Western music mix 
$15 for the entire event - includes lessons and loaded snack bar • no experience or partner needed

Dale and Anita Strawser are four-time country western World Champions.  They serve on the council for the United Country Western Dance Association, and are co-owners of Potomac Swing Dance Club (PSDC) with Jim and Peggy Kiesel. 
Dale and Anita perform in shows, benefits and clubs, and taught a month long session at The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
They raise money for sick and under-privileged kids at The Children’s Miracle Network, volunteer at events, and are working in cooperation with USA Dance and the UCWDS to get Dance in the Olympic games.
They have recently been asked to help promote couples dancing in Asia.
