New Reston Listings Are On The Rise

After months of record low housing inventory the Spring market is finally kicking into gear. The homes for sale in Reston jumped by 20% in the last week. While worries about the impact Sequestration on our regional economy could slow the housing market, continued low interest rates still make this an outstanding time to buy a home.

Total properties available in the Reston market is 90, the average days on market continued to drop and is now hovering at around 20, an indication of a fast moving market.
