Just Listed in Reston & Open this Sunday
While homes for sale have dwindled lower and lower, property for rent has been climbing and taking longer to rent.
I feel like a broken record- Inventory is still very low; just 67 active properties on the market in Reston. The new listings seem to be going under contract as quickly as they're listed. In the past 30 days 60% of the properties that went under contract were on the market for fewer than 30 days.
The rental market in Reston has been a little soft with inventory higher than it has been in past several months. Today there are 98 active rental listings in Reston, more than double what it has been for the past 6 months, the rentals have been moving off the market at a little slower pace with the average days on the market at 47.
