Memorial Service for Dave Edwards on Saturday
RCA Citizen of the Year died last month.
A memorial service will be held for Dave Edwards on Saturday, March 12 at 2 pm. at the in Reston.
. He was a resident of Reston since 1967, and, as a city and urban planner, was instrumental in planning the Reston Community Center, South Lakes High School and many other parts of the community.
Edwards was named the Reston Citizens Association's Citizen of the Year in 2010.
