Crime Report: Man Robbed at Gunpoint in Reston

Robbery
A 19-year-old man was assaulted and robbed by an acquaintance, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. The incident was reported at 3:30 p.m. on June 30 on the 12000 Greywing Square in Reston. The man was treated at a local hospital.
 
Robbery
A 21-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint. According to police, the incident took place at 1:45 a.m. on the 11200 block of Harbor Court in Reston when the man was approached by three men.
 
One of the robbers pulled a gun on the victim and demanded cash, police said. The robbers fled with a cell phone and other items. The victim was not injured.
 
Larceny
A Fairfax man was charged with grand larceny, destruction of property, and possession of burglarious tools. According to police, at 7 p.m. on Tuesday on the 12100 block of Sunset Hills Road, officers were called after a shoplifter fled with merchandise from a store. Ryan Sheppard, 30, was charged in the incident.
