Goodbye Toxins, Hello More Energy

A cleanse can help your body remove the toxins that it builds up over the year. Toxins that you get from polluted air, processed foods, and stress.

Now-a-days the words 'cleanse' and 'detox' get thrown around as freely 'all natural' and seem to have lost a bit of their meaning. In general, a true cleanse will help your body remove toxins and can help restore energy, help gastrointestinal issues/improve digestion, and assist in weight management. I have done two before, and I am in the process of doing my third.

Some general information on a cleanse program: A cleanse is not a diet! It’s a way to make a lifestyle change. The goal of any cleanse program is to help you cleanse your system of all the toxins you have stored up over the years. Once you have gotten rid of these toxins, your body will be able to function better and in return allow you to feel better.

Every day, even the healthiest of people acquire toxins in their body. From the polluted air we breathe, to the processed foods we eat, to the stress we feel. Once these toxins get into our system it can be difficult to break them and get rid of them.

What have I gotten out of cleanse/hope to get out of this one? In the past, after a cleanse my skin looks a lot healthier.  In addition to just looking better, I’ve been told that it looks like it’s glowing, it also helps with my acne. I also notice that I have more energy and am able to think clearer.  It’s a hard process to go through, especially the first week, but it’s only 21 days and at the end of it I feel amazing!
