Second Reston Location for Community Canteen?

Back on July 20th the Patch reported that a second Community Canteen would open in Reston the following week ( http://reston.patch.com/groups/business-news/p/coming-soon-community-canteens-second-reston-location ).  Walked over to the alleged new location today (August 14th) but found no evidence of a Community Canteen.  What happened with that?
