CRESA WASHINGTON DC NEGOTIATES 30,000-SQUARE-FOOT HEADQUARTERS EXPANSION AND RELOCATION FOR SES GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS, INC. IN RESTON

April 8, 2014 (Reston, VA) – Cresa Washington DC, a corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of fully integrated services, announces today that it has negotiated on behalf of SES Government Solutions, Inc. (“SES GS”) a 30,000-square-foot headquarters expansion and relocation at 11790 Sunrise Valley Drive in Reston.


In this long-term transaction, Cresa Washington DC Managing Principal Tom Birnbach and Principal Jon Olmstead represented SES GS, which provides commercial satellite services and solutions to U.S. government agencies with their fleet of 55 satellites.

This fall, SES GS will move from its current corporate office at 2010 Corporate Ridge in McLean to its new location at 11790 Sunrise Valley Drive, a six-story, 140,000-square-foot property known as Reston Square Office that is owned by New York-based Westbrook Partners.
