AT&T Activates New Cell Site in Herndon

We use our phones to talk, text, tweet, surf and stream… so of course we want to know that our wireless company is working hard to ensure we have super fast speeds and top notch service.

Today, AT&T is excited to announce new a 4G LTE cell site in Herndon, off Elden Street near Herndon Middle, to boost coverage throughout the area.

What does this mean? Residents and businesses can expect faster, improved service. We’ve enhanced coverage by alleviating surrounding cell sites and creating a more robust network.

AT&T is continually working to enhance our network. From 2011 through 2013, AT&T invested more than $900 million in its Virginia wireless and wireline networks.
