Sneak Peek: Reston Container Store

Thousands of storage solutions ready for Restonians.

The Container Store let Patch peek into its new 25,000-square-foot location at the Spectrum (old Barnes & Noble space) on Thursday as it prepares for its grand opening on Saturday.

The store will carry more than 10,000 items in 16 sections to help organize kitchens, home offices, travel, closets - pretty much everywhere.

The store - the chain's third in Virginia - brought 35 jobs to Reston.

The doors open Saturday at 9 a.m., and The Container Store will donate 10 percent of all sales this weekend to Cornerstones (Reston Interfaith).

There will also be prize giveaways every hour this weekend, including a $1,000 Elfa closet makeover. The Container Store will also be giving away $10 Store More Cards for the first 100 people who check in on social media Saturday and Sunday.

Happy shopping!
