'Lou Lou Day' to Aid Women in Need

Shop on Saturday and part of proceeds will go towards to local groups that help battered women.

Reston Town Center's is holding its first "Lou Lou Day" - a shopping event that will aid several local charities.

On Saturday, Lou Lou Boutiques in DC, Maryland and VA will help raise awareness of domestic violence and the support of women’s shelters in the region.  The day will include a number of activities, including is a rare storewide sale (buy one, get one 25 percent off),  prize drawings, a free stylish tote with a $40 purchase, jewelry styling tips, and sweets and treats.

All 10 Lou Lou locations in DC, VA and MD will participate in this event, donating 15 percent of that day’s proceeds to local charities House of Ruth and Bethany House of Northern Virginia.
