Russian American Friendship Night

Russian American Friendship Night at RCC Hunters Woods 7:00-9_00 Febuary 1 learn to make and enjoy the Russian soul food "Pelemeni," poor Man's Caviar (oilless) and Whole Beet Soup. In Russia it is customary to gather with friends and sit around the kitchen and make Pelemenii (lean ground beef and onion boiled in just a hint of bay lief and black pepper) and drink and talk on a cold winter's night. Join us it's sure to be fun. Put on by the Reston Citizen's Community Center, not associated with Reston Community Center.
