All are invited to attend ‘A Taste of Lettuce’ at Big
Bowl in Reston (11915 Democracy Drive) where four of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprise’s top East coast chefs are gathering to present a delicious four-course progressive dinner that won’t soon be forgotten. This unique meal will begin with the seasonal Heirloom Tomato and Roquefort Cheese Salad from traditional French bistro Mon Ami Gabi, followed by melt-in-your-mouth Bacon-Wrapped
Roasted Sea Scallop Skewers on courtesy of Wildfire, savory Cantonese Halibut from Big Bowl and - to end things on a sweet note - slices of straight-from-the-oven Peach Pie from market-inspired Community Canteen.

Victory Brewing Company, the executive chefs from each restaurant will be on hand to share insight and discuss the influences behind each dish.
