Dunkin' Donuts Opens Wednesday

Dunkin' Donuts will open its doors at Hunters Woods Village Center Wednesday at 5 a.m.

The store, which was doing a test run with employees on Saturday, takes over at 2280 Hunters Woods Plaza, where the old Hollywood Video used to be.

This will be the first Dunkin' Donuts in Reston. The store owners say they will be giving away free coffee Wednesday through Friday.

UNleashed by Petco is rumored by real estate sources to be going in adjacent to Dunkin' Donuts.  Unleashed is a pet supply store that specializes in all-natural brands. It also has pet training and vet services, as well as special features like in-store pet birthday parties and photography sessions.

Unleashed has locations nationwide, including in Sterling, Woodbridge, Arlington and Falls Church.

Patch is trying to get confirmation from Unleashed. 

In other retail news:

* KoKo Fit Club will be opening at 1424 North Point Village Center.

The 30-minute workout gym recently opened at and also has nearby locations in Great Falls and Ashburn.

The gym has special high-tech equipment strength training equipment in which patrons can customize workouts.

No opening date has been set.

* Express 7 Food, a convenience store at 1675 A Reston Parkway (Home Depot Shopping Center) has closed.

* As previously reported on Reston Patch,will open soon at North Point, but an opening date has not been set.
