Company Opens Software Engineering Office in Reston

ShareStream announced that it has opened a software engineering office in Reston at 11600 Sunrise Valley Dr.

ShareStream, whose technology was initially developed in collaboration with Georgetown University, provides educational institutions, healthcare organizations and corporations with a turnkey online video platform and media management solution—complete with digital rights management—for uploading, transcoding, editing, storing, managing and delivering media. 

ShareStream’s product, the ShareStream Video Platform, fulfills rising demand from educational institutions and other organizations for integrating streaming media services into instructional technology, the library, distance learning, communications and training. 

The ShareStream Video Platform is now widely deployed at universities, colleges, K-12 schools, corporations and healthcare organizations around the world.
