Dinner for two

Paolo's is offering a Valentine's Day Prix Fixe Dinner on Thursday.

The menu includes lobster "cappuccino", bruschetta, and tortellini en brood; beef rib eye, lobster ravioli, and veal scallopini; raspberry pavlova, chocolate mousse "martini" and lover's trio. $45.95 per person (plus taxes & gratuity). $3 nectar champagne cocktail with prix fixe menu or $9 a la carte. 703.318.8920. www.paolosristorante.com/reston.

Mon Ami Gabi will be celebrating Valentine’s Day with specials from Thursday, Feb.14 through Wednesday, Feb. 20. Throughout the week, guests can enjoy: Oyster and Mushroom “Chaudiere”, Sauteed Chard with Buttered Winter Beets, Horseradish and Dill, and Cherry and White Chocolate Sorbets, in addition to the regular menu.

There will also be a Valentine's Pajama Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday. If you show up in your sleepwear, you’ll be treated to a gift certificate equal to the value of your brunch (minus tax & gratuity).

Market Street Bar & Grill is offering a Prix Fixe four-course menu, $59 per person (plus taxes & gratuity). 703.925.8250. If you have happy memories of Market Street, you might want to visit soon. The restaurant is closing on Feb. 24.

Romantic carriage rides at Reston Town Center - RTC is offering horse-drawn carriage rides Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. Pick up location is in front of Talbot's on Market Street. $5 per person. Children 5 and under ride free.
