4. What is art? - That's a good question, and as the old saying goes, you'll know it when you see it. The art festival is a good place to browse - to see what artists are creating, learn a little about their work and figure out what you like. Also, there is a wide range of prices. Sure, you could spend thousands, but you also could pick up a print or a small item for under $50. Or just browse.
The 20th Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival runs Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Admission is free, but patrons can make a $10 donation to and get a $10 voucher good at several town center restuarants. For more information, click here.
