The hub Theatre comes to GRACE

The Reading Series is free to the public and provides a wonderful opportunity to experience new plays that may find their way to the mainstage in a future season.

The Staged Reading Series kicks off with The Small Room at the Top of the Stairs by Carole Fréchette, translated by John Murrell. Grace's new beloved husband has only one rule: she must never enter the small room at the top of the stairs. Grace finds herself irresistibly drawn to the mystery behind the door. Will she tempt fate by turning the handle? Does she dare encounter the secret life of the man she loves?
