Esteem! is a group that offers men, women, girls and boys, between the ages of 9 and 99, the chance to explore their self-worth, to build their confidence and to improve their critical thinking skills. In a world where bullying has become the norm, comparing ourselves to others causes us to lose a continuous internal battle, children and adults are often faced with anxiety and feelings of isolation when they enter the doors of their school or office. Esteem! allows people the chance to have a voice in a safe environment, where they learn that their problems are often faced by others, and that everyone has a story to share. With an infusion of theatre arts, this program will allow creativity to soar, empathy to remain constant and laughter to fill the air.
