Broadway Night at SLHS

“Growing Up on Broadway” is the theme of this year’s annual Broadway Night presented by the South Lakes High School Chorus Department.

The show features over 100s tudents in grades 4-12 from the South Lakes High School Pyramid Schools Choral Departments and will take place in the SLHS Theatre.

The theme centers on shows that highlight different parts of life from childhood to parenthood. It will open with the music from the Broadway musical, Oliver! and close with the award-winning Circle of Life song from The Lion King.

The show is directed and produced by Rita Gigliotti, assisted by Michael Perez. Jessica Blohm (SLHS ’07) is the choreographer and Kevin Danaher, Technical Director.

The jazz combo of Jeremy Scott Ragsdale on piano, Agustin Faundez (SLHS ’08) on drums and bass player Charlie Himel will provide the music.
