Weekend Planner

Summer activities in Reston and (slightly) beyond.

Where/When? on Friday, Aug. 5  (10 a.m.-2 p.m., then 5p.m -10p.m), Saturday,  Aug. 6 (11 a.m. to 10 p.m. ) and Sunday, Aug. 7 (11 a.m. to 7 p.m.)

Why Go? The 63rd Annual Fairfax County 4-H Fair salutes the young farmers among us – they raise animals, grow food and other projects and bring them to Frying Pan Farm Park for display (and judging). Alongside the 4H Fair is a huge old-fashioned carnival with rides and games and other entertainment.
