Teen Night for middle school students at Herndon Community Center means unlimited access to the Game room, movie, place to chill - and, of course, music (with a DJ).
Where/When: Saturday Feb. 19 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Why Go? Scooby-Doo, Tweety and the Cat in the Hat. On Skates. If you are up early enough for cartoons, you are up early enough for Saturday Morning Cartoon Skate at Reston Town Center Ice Rink. Bonus: Girls Scouts will be selling cookies in the pavilion area from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in case your supply is running low.

Where/When: r has open swim on Sunday Feb. 20 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Admission is $3 Adults/$2 Children for Reston Residents, $6 Adults/$4 Chiildren for Fairfax County Residents)
Where/When: Cub Run RECenter’s “leisure pool” is like a mini water park. Open Sunday Feb 20 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Admission is $6.85 Adults/$5.95 Children, and a special family of four rate of $14.70)
Why Go? It will feel like a getaway without getting too far away – and bring a little summer into February.
