Reston Regional Library Hosts Holiday Book Sale

The Reston Regional Library will host its annual "mini" holiday book sale through Sunday, Dec. 8.

The Friends of the Reston Regional Library will host a "mini" holiday book sale, starting Thursday, Dec. 5 and going through Sunday, Dec. 8. 

According to the friends, the sale will feature "sleigh-loads of wonderful books, gifts, and surprises for readers of all ages, children and teens included. Delight those hard-to-please friends and relatives, and yourself, while you support our library."

Payment for this sale can only be made by cash or check. There is an ATM onsite. No scanners or similar electronic devices are permitted, and there will be a quantity limit on Thursday, Dec. 5 only. 

All proceeds go to support the Reston Regional Library and the Fairfax County Public Library system.

The Friends of Reston Regional Library was founded in 1972, and raise almost $100,000 per year for the library through their sales and other efforts. They were named Best of Reston in 2013. 

Sale Hours:
Thursday, Dec. 5: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
Friday, Dec. 6:  10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 7: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday, Dec. 8: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The library is located at 11925 Bowman Towne Drive, Reston.
