Pet Awareness Day
Thinking of getting a new pet? Bring the whole family and do your pet homework early! Whether you're thinking of a dog, cat or something more exotic, Zoo animal care staff will be doing pet demonstrations all day and taking your questions about which animals make the best pets. Homeward Trails Animal Rescue and Virginia Reptile Rescue will be available with information about safe adoptable pets.
