Morning rain showers were not enough to stop the Easter Bunny from hiding thousands of Easter eggs throughout Brown's Chapel Park on Saturday.  

Carloads of children carrying fancy Easter baskets arrived early to hunt the eggs down.

The Easter Bunny stuck around to greet children and pose for pictures.  At 10:30 a.m. sharp, the hunt began and the scramble was on to fill Easter baskets with brightly colored eggs.

After all the eggs were found, children enjoyed carnival games, moon bounces and hidden treats inside their eggs.
