Schools Hiring Felons, Teen Charged in Wreck, Small Businesses Struggle and Bank Robber Arrested

Under the cloud of "personnel matters," Fairfax County Public School officials have been trying to get rid of seven people convicted of a felony on the payroll. The division learned in 2012 that at least one employee was hired regardless of a felony conviction that would have made him/her ineligible under state law.
