Ages 18 to 35 months. Tracks let us know when animals are nearby, even if we can’t see them. Make a track craft to take home, listen to a story, and take a short hike in search of tracks along the trail. Reservations required by January 4.

The Walker Nature Education Center is the jewel of Reston's 1,300 acres of open space and nature trails. The 72-acre site, which features the recently completed Nature House, is home to educational programs, outdoor displays, a campfire ring, gardens and meadows and, of course, all kinds of birds, frogs and other creatures.
The center seeks to be a place for all who enjoy nature to learn and experience. It is a popular place for birthday parties and scout events.
