  Where Past and Present Intersect\, June 20 and 21 in&nbsp\;Burke\, Virg

 over 60 floral arrangements and hundreds of colorful lily stems.&nbsp\;&
 nbsp\;\nThe 70th Annual&nbsp\;Show features artistic arrangements whose 
 styles reflect the history and urban growth of Fairfax County\, vivid ho
 rticultural sections\, educational opportunities and a shopping boutique
 .\nThe artistic section showcases arrangements that range from Woodlawn'
 s classic 19th century style to contemporary styles that echo the archit
 ecture of Dulles International Airport.\nNovice gardeners will examine t
 he "true scale lily of the genus Lilium" and learn growing tips from exp
 erienced lily growers.\nThe Lily Show offers a visual kaleidscope of col
 or in what has been described as "the best flower show venue in the grea
 ter Washington area".\nAdmission is free.&nbsp\; The show is open to the
  public&nbsp\;on Wednesday\, April 20\, &nbsp\;2 - 6 p.m.\, and Thursday
 \, April 21\, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. It takes place in the exhibit hall of th
 e Church of the Good Shepherd\, 9350 Braddock Road at Olley Lane.\nThis
