CFC does a great job! I haven't been in awhile, but I'm thinking of starting back. It's nice to have the support of the group and instructor. Plus working out 'outside' is fun and offers different challenges. Nothing like sprints outside to get the seratonin levels up! Best part for me....evening time!! It's not easy to find a 'Boot Camp' style class in the evening. Just wanted to share my happy client review! kat
