In observance of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, Holy Trinity Parish will bless pet animals.
Father Santore, a Franciscan Friar at Holy Trinity Parish, invites you to bring your furry or feathered friends to receive special prayers and blessings for good health, a long life, and a happy home.
This is a special bonding day for pets and their owners and a chance for you to meet other animal lovers like yourself.
Bring your family and friends to share in the amusing sights as people line up with their cats, dogs, snakes, hamsters, and other animal companions outside the church.

More About Brown's Chapel Park
Brown's Chapel Park is a wooded park ground in central Reston. It's home to the historic Brown's Chapel, which can be rented for meetings, classes and small gatherings. There are basketball courts, trails, sports fields and a playground available. In summer months, several Reston Association camp headquarters are located in the park. The grounds also offer access to a boat launch on Lake Newport.
