 ram switches to Thursday evenings during the summer months.) It is a gre
 at opportunity for those working in the area to get a run in while the t

 ur training schedule.\nWhether you're a beginner or a competitive runner
 \, come out for a fun\, low-key run that's safe and social. The run is t
 ypically no more than 50 minutes -- from the store out and back on the W
 &amp\;OD trail. 50 minutes is not a magic number\, but by going out and 
 back\, everyone can start and finish together and run at their own pace 
 with others like them. New runners may only want to run a mile or two. E
 xperienced athletes might do a tempo run. Occasionally\, some of the gro
 up will finish the evening at a local eatery for some "refueling."\nQues
