It was perfect weather for the 20th Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival Saturday. More than 200 artists had booths at Reston Town Center, and patrons also enjoyed live music, performance art. a children's art tent and other activities. The festival continues from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.

When Elissa Farrow-Savos began sculpting seriously, she set a goal: to be accepted into the Nothern Virginia Fine Arts Festival, the annual juried art festival at Reston Town Center. That was several years ago. Farrow-Savos, who lives in Sterling, will be making her fourth appearance when the festival begins this weekend.  "It took me a couple of years to get in," Farrow-Savos, 41.
