As predicted housing inventory continues to decline in Reston with just 81 houses on the market, but it's better than I thought it would be with 10 new houses listed this week. The news by the Fed of continued low interest rates should result in strong housing sales although the ongoing "Fiscal Cliff" concerns will undoubtedly keep some home buyers on the fence. Hopefully this face off will end soon so everyone can focus on other things- like getting back to work.
