Obi Sushi: Japanese pot stickers

Paolo's Ristorante: Meatball Spedini

If Reston Patch were picking their personal faves, we would have to go with Big Bowl's peanut noodles and whatever Pitango Gelato is selling. Though a root beer float also sounds good. This is not an endorsement - just what we would order.
