Visions For Vacancies: Tall Oaks
Corner spot next to Paisano's is open. What would you like to see here?
This week's Visions for Vacancies takes us back to Tall Oaks Village Center.
Tall Oaks has been featured here before, as the former grocery store anchor and the former Burger King spot remain longtime vacancies at the shopping center.
Also empty: a corner spot next to Paisano's Pizza. This storefront is very close to Tall Oaks Assisted Living, and the center, of course has ample parking.
So what does Tall Oaks need? Tell us in the comments.

What do you consider sane rental rates. Compared to the rest of Reston it's a steal. The problem isn't so much the management, it's the Reston Association's inane rules that keep the shopping center from being able to make any real upgrades that would make the property more marketable

My husband and I love to eat at IHOP which always seems to be packed in Sterling. Bring one of those to tall oaks and we would be in heaven
