Services for Herndon Grad Kyle Rowley on Friday
Teen killed in traffic accident on Route 7 on Sunday.
Kyle Alec Rowley of Herndon near Dranesville Road Sunday night.
Rowely, 19, was a 2010 graduate of Herndon High School. He is survived by his parents, Carl and Meryl Rowley; sister, Lexia Sarah Rowley; and paternal grandmother, Eleanor Rowley.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, David and Fran Bernstein and paternal grandfather, Lothair Rowley.
