Metro's future Wiehle Station is really beginning to take shape, with the structure for stairways and escalators in place at the sides of the Dulles Toll Road.

Crews will soon be putting in place pedestrian bridges over the toll road that will link the stairs and the station.

The stop, the final one of Silver Line Phase 1, is expected to open in Dec. 2013. Metro officials say the stations and tracks should be completed and ready for testing by next August.
