Friends of the Midtown Mural celebrated being fully funded and ready to get started Friday in a reception at Deva and JP Brehony's home at Reston Town Center.
Reston artist Dana Scheurer will get started this spring on the approved artwork for the empty art wall on the New Dominion Drive-facing side of the Midtown North Condominium building.
Major contributors for the project include Kettler Companies, Fairfax County, Initiative for Public Art Reston, Reston Town Center Association, and Reston Historic Trust.
