Saladworks, a fresh-tossed salad resturant, will open its Reston location at 11692 Plaza America Dr. on Saturday.
It will be Saladworks' second Virginia location. The other store is in Herndon.
To celebrate its grand opening, Saladworks will offer $5 salads for three days, Feb. 11, 12 and 13.
Saladworks offers patrons the opportunity to create their own fresh salad, which is thenprepared in front of them. They also have 12 Signature Salads on the menu, as well as soups and Focaccia Fusion sandwiches.

If I'm already in that shopping center; I'm going to Whole Foods for a salad. I wish SaladWorks was in a different location.
