Will Bow Tie post movie titles on the marquee again? Is that too much for a community to ask of a theater?

Thank god! I have boycotted this theatre because it became such a dump! Why go there when you can go to nice, clean and fabulous Tysons?! It will be good to have a nice theatre close by again...

Let's hope they mean it -- the RTC theatre needs an all-over makeover !! The chairs and audio are horrible.

More independent, art, and foreign movies like Landmark Theaters at Bethesda Row would be great.

The best business strategy would certainly be to show indie films. Renovations are nice, but the cost/benefit to the owners would be minimal.

Frank you realize this offer comes with a border, right?

Boy, the Rave ownership didn't last long!
The secret to success for the Reston movie theater is an upgrate to stadium seating and more indie films like what's shown at Bethesda Row, the Cinema Arts, and AMC Shirlington! I'm tired of having to drive 15+ miles to see cool cutting-edge cinema!

I was there this weekend....the place has been cleaned up remarkably well, there are no more broken seats, and the titles are back up on the marquee again! Bow Tie's owner was on screen before the movie telling the audience that the theater will soon get a complete renovation with stadium seating, new seats, bigger screens, new restooms, new candy stands, and digital projectors with 3D! The audience clapped!!

Went by the theater this weekend--all I can say is WOW! No broken toilets in the ladies room, and my stall actually was fully stocked with paper! The stand was really clean and finally they have fresh popcorn. Loved "The Lincoln Lawyer", wish they would play "Jane Eyre"! Thanks, Bow Tie! Welcome to the neighborhood.

Karen - Thanks for the update. I really like the improvements the new owners have made over the past few months. Stadium seating further improves that experience. It's nice to see a company that's focused on the customer.

Karen - Do you happen to have any updates on the stadium seating progress?
