Reston Town Center's pavillion ice skating rink was set to open for the season on Thursday, but storm-related delays have pushed the start date back a few days.

On Saturday and Sunday, the rink will host its annual Character Counts! fundraiser, where 50 percent of ticket proceeds will benefit Character Counts! a school character education program.
Ice skates and other supplies are available inside the Skate Shop directly beside the Pavilion (behind Clyde's).
