Wellborn Management Co., Inc. announced today that SCS Engineers, an engineering consulting firm specializing in solid waste management, environmental services and energy management, has recently renewed their office space lease for 12,321 square feet in the Reston office at 11260 Roger Bacon Drive through early 2023. Wellborn Management Co., Inc., a Reston based Commercial/Residential Real Estate and Property Management firm, assisted owner, Roger Bacon Associates, the original partnership that developed the building, in renewing their long time relationship with SCS Engineers. SCS has been a tenant at this location since 1980, and in 1989 the building was renamed the SCS Engineers Building.
