The U12 WAGS Herndon Saints FC, coached by Rich Martinez, were finalists in the Virginia Beach FC Columbus Day Tournament.

Facing tough competition from the sponsoring club, the Saints placed second in their bracket to make the semifinal round. Beating the first place team from the other bracket, the Saints made the tournament finals in the U12 Premier Division.

Showing tenacity despite cold, rainy weather, the Saints fought hard but lost 3-2 loss to the tournament host team.
